NordVPN is one of the largest and most secure VPN providers on the web. The provider is headquartered in Panama. This allows NordVPN not to store IP logs on their own servers, as the laws in Panama do not allow the provider to do so. The provider has over 5,500 servers worldwide. This large selection allows you to take a server from a country of your choice to easily bypass any GEO blocking. But how fast and safe is NordVPN? In our test, we were able to establish a VPN connection with a server of our choice relatively quickly. The tested bandwidth was satisfactory, we were able to download content with approx. 20 Mbit/s. The provider does not produce IP logs, so it can be rated as quite secure. There is currently no known case where NordVPN passed on an IP address. In 2018, NordVPN was audited by PricewaterhouseCoopers. They were able to confirm that no IP logs were created.
